At Ola Daviva International, we understand how important fabric quality is to our clients, especially when it comes to customized Ankara fabric production. We'd like to offer some clarification regarding the type of fabrics used in our second category of production, which involves printing on pre-existing fabrics (regular Ankara fabrics).
This process is different from our first category (standard production), where every part of the fabric—including the background—is printed entirely from scratch. In the second category, we work with existing printed Ankara fabrics and simply add your custom artwork, logo, or photo on top of the chosen background.
Now, let's talk about the fabric grades available under this production category. The fabrics come in three main quality grades, and each has its unique characteristics:
✅ 1. High Grade – 100% Cotton
This is the highest quality available in this category.
The fabric is 100% cotton, very durable, and has a smooth texture.
When you feel the fabric by hand, you can sense the softness and weight of the cotton (it feels slightly wool-like).
Another feature of this grade is that the front and back look almost identical, making it hard to distinguish between the two sides.
It's ideal for premium events, high-end uniforms, and corporate branding.
✅ 2. Medium Grade – Cotton Blend
This is a cotton blend, which means it contains a high percentage of cotton, but not 100%.
It shares many similarities with the high-grade fabric in terms of appearance and feel.
It is also durable, non-fading, and maintains a good texture.
Like the higher grade, the back and front are quite similar, making it a very good option for most clients.
✅ 3. Low Grade – Polyester
This fabric contains no cotton at all—it is 100% polyester.
It typically has a single-face print, meaning the front has the design, while the back is usually plain white.
While it may lack the soft feel of cotton, it still offers vibrant colors and does not fade easily.
It is a budget-friendly option, suitable for short-term use or projects with tight budgets.
These are the three grades of fabrics that can be used when producing custom Ankara fabrics under our second production category. No matter which one you choose, our printing technique ensures vibrant, clear, and lasting results.
