Category 1: Standard Production – Full Customization from Scratch

Our Standard Production is our premium offering. In this category, the entire fabric is printed from scratch—from the background to the artwork. A great example of this is the beautiful production we recently completed for the Catholic Diocese of Otukpo, where every detail was created from the ground up.

  • The possibilities for the fabric background design are virtually endless—we can replicate or design any pattern you imagine.

🔹 Fabric Grades Available:

Within this category, we offer three fabric grades—all made of 100% cotton. While the printing quality remains consistent across all grades, the difference lies in the thickness and texture of the fabric:

  • Grade A: Heavyweight cotton – thick, durable, premium feel.

  • Grade B: Medium weight – balanced comfort and strength.

  • Grade C: Lightweight – soft and breathable.

All three grades are colorfast, do not fade, and are gentle on the skin, making them perfect for both casual and ceremonial wear.

🔹 Production Timeline & Order Requirements:

  • Typical turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks.

  • Minimum order is 500 pieces (6 yards each), though in some cases we may accept 300 pieces.

  • 100% upfront payment is required before production begins.
